A space to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself

Virtual therapy for adults across Utah, navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions.

A cozy living room corner with a beige armchair, a green throw blanket, and a matching pillow. There is a small round wooden side table with a ceramic mug, and a larger wooden coffee table with a vase of greenery, a candle, and a small dish. A tall potted plant is next to the armchair, and a wooden bookshelf with plants, books, and decorative items is in the background. Sunlight creates shadows on the wall.

About Silvana

Hi, I'm Silvana Martinez, LCSW.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, grief, or life transitions, therapy can offer a place to better understand yourself and move toward meaningful change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Together, we'll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

What I Help With

Two mugs of coffee on a blanket during sunrise in a desert landscape with mountains in the background.
Decorative wooden table with a potted green plant, a lit candle in a brown jar with a label saying 'Breathe and Become,' two stacked books titled 'Kinfolk' and 'Live Beautifully' beneath the candle, and a tall, curved mirror reflecting a window with sunlight and shadow patterns.
A cozy tabletop scene with a beige mug of tea, a stone with the word "breathe" engraved, a green notebook with "be gentle with yourself" on the cover, a gold pen, a lit beige candle, and a vase with eucalyptus branches, all illuminated by soft natural light.

Anxiety can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly on edge. Therapy can help you better understand your patterns, develop coping tools, and create more space for calm and balance.

Trauma & Healing

Past experiences can continue to affect how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Together, we'll explore these experiences with compassion and work toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.

Anxiety & Life Stress

Luna Grove Therapy is an LGBTQ+ and trans-affirming practice. I welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures, and use your name and pronouns without exception. For transgender and gender-diverse clients, I offer support with the therapy component of the gender-affirming care process.

Relationships & Family Dynamics

Many of the patterns we carry — how we handle conflict, closeness, or self-worth — were shaped long before we had the words for them. Whether you're working through estrangement, family-of-origin pain, or ways of relating that no longer serve you, therapy can help you understand where these patterns came from and begin to build something different.

Identity & Self-Discovery

Therapy Services

Therapy sessions are offered virtually throughout Utah and are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll work toward greater insight, healing, and meaningful change.

Free Consultation Call (Optional)

A 15-minute phone consultation is available for individuals who would like to ask questions and determine whether we're a good fit before scheduling.

Therapy Sessions: $140

All therapy begins with an initial intake session and continues through ongoing therapy sessions as needed. Sessions are approximately 53–60 minutes in length.

Insurance & Payment

Luna Grove Therapy is currently a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance.

Payment is due at the time of service. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement.
